Ministry Development Training Centers, train ministers at every level, ministry teams, small groups, churches, corporations and individuals; all within a learning environment that enhances Spiritual Growth and provides a deeper awareness of the Presence of God in the life of each participant.
Participants enjoy hands on study in a very intimate setting. We are not a traditional Ministry College/Seminary that gives participants theological jargon that no one can understand. Our purpose is that participants experience ministry through the use of specialized "technique & practicum".
We have defined Ministry as "the distribution of good will"; we have defined Development as "a process in which something passes by degrees to a more advanced or mature stage"; and we have defined Training as "to make proficient with specialized instruction and practice".

THE DISTRIBUTION OF GOOD WILL, WHICH MOVES YOU BY DEGREES, TO A MORE ADVANCED OR MATURE STAGE, CAUSING YOU TO BECOME MORE PROFICIENT THRU SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTION AND PRACTICE.
Our Mission:
(1) to help participants find out where they fit in the Body of Christ;
(2) to help participants understand their purpose in the Body of Christ;
(3) to help participants fulfill their responsibilities to the Body of Christ both individually and corporately.
To achieve these ministry related objectives, Ministry Development Training Centers are divided based on the specialized skills desired by participants.
